Business at Isadore A. Rapasadi & Sons, Inc. is conducted in three buildings, with a combined total of 60,000 square feet.  Isadore was blessed with a high degree of foresight and the company finds itself conveniently located just off the New York State Thruway at Exit 34.

A huge, well ventilated onion warehouse keeps warm even in the winter because onions generate their own heat, staying at a consistent 40'.  Potatoes and the other products are stored in large walk in coolers.

Offering eight varieties of onions, seven varieties of potatoes and three varieties of garlic, the companies best seller is medium yellow globe-shaped onions.  They are picked up from the growers and dropped at one of Rapasadi's three buildings.  The onions are then cleaned, sorted, graded, sized and packaged into 1-,2-,3,10- or 50 pound bags and shipped.
