Thirteen tractor trailers are ready to make deliveries at all times of the day or night.  During the busiest times, more trucks may be leased.  The company maintains its own vehicles, and employs a mechanic to keep them in good repair.  

Being located just off the New York State Thruway, this makes it easier to ship and receive shipments from almost anywhere in the country.  As shipments arrive into the warehouses, Federal inspectors check the shipments of onions to ensure that they are of good quality, and free of any defects.
